FEMA Public Assistance Advisory Services The FEMA process is very detailed with many deadlines which we are experienced with and also submitting time extensions when needed for our clients. Below is a diagram of the FEMA process which is very detailed and can cause an applicant delays in reimbursement if time deadlines are not strictly adhered to for projects identification and documents review.
