Samson Commission Chambers, Sunny Isles Beach Government Center, 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida on THURSDAY, AUGUST 17, 2023 AT 6:30 P.M., to consider the following Zoning application: Public Hearing #: PZ2023-12 Application: Conditional Use for Adamant Veterinary Hospital Applicant: Adamant SNS Group LLC Location: 18600 Collins Ave., Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160 Size of Property: 13,577 sq. ft. (0.31 acres) Zoning District: B-1 (Neighborhood Business) Request: Pursuant to Sections 265-13 and 265-36 of the City of Sunny Isles Land Development Regulations, the Applicant is requesting a conditional use approval for a veterinary clinic on a B-1 zoned property. The plans reviewed are on file, and may be examined, in the City Clerk's Office and are entitled "Interior Alteration to an Existing Commercial Space for a Veterinary Clinic," prepared by RN Engineering, Inspection & Construction, Inc. stamped received July 24, 2023, consisting of three sheets and a Survey prepared by Gavy & Associates, Inc. stamped received July 6, 2023, consisting of one sheet. Plans are subject to revisions based on comments provided by zoning staff of the City of Sunny Isles Beach and are subject to modification. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting, they will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
