Staff has complied the relevant facts, presented in the attached <br />staff report, and recommends the application be presented to City Commission for consideration. <br />REASONS: <br />The Applicant, lessee of the property, is seeking approval of a conditional use to allow a veterinary <br />clinic on a property zoned B-1 (Neighborhood Business).
