The Applicant is requesting a site plan modification and sign ordinancE <br />variance in order to obtain a building permit for the signs. The previously approved site plan allowed <br />one (1) wall sign and the Applicant is requesting a modification to allow two (2) wall signs. <br />Additionally, the sign ordinance variance will increase the allowable size of a wall sign from 35 square <br />feet to 43.1 square feet and 58 square feet. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Staff Report <br />Zoning Hearing Application <br />Applicant Letter of Intent <br />Plans <br />Property Survey <br />Sign Photographs <br />Item Number: 6.A <br />11 <br />
