<br />iv. Notification. The Contractor shall notify the City if it or any of its suppliers, subcontractors,
<br />or consultants have been placed on the convicted vendor list or the discriminatory vendor
<br />list during the life of the Contract. The Florida Department of Management Services is
<br />responsible for maintaining the discriminatory vendor list and posts the list on its website.
<br />Questions regarding the discriminatory vendor list may be directed to the Florida
<br />Department of Management Services, Office of Supplier Diversity, at (850) 487-0915.

<br />2.36 SCRUTINIZED COMPANIES
<br />2.34.1 Contractor certifies that it and its subcontractors are not on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott
<br />Israel List. Pursuant to Section 287.135, F.S., the City may immediately terminate the Contract at its sole
<br />option if the Contractor or its subcontractors are found to have submitted a false certification; or if the
<br />Contractor, or its subcontractors are placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List or is
<br />engaged in the boycott of Israel during the term of the Agreement.
<br />
<br />2.34.2 If this Agreement is for more than one million dollars, the Contractor certifies that it and its
<br />subcontractors are also not on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan, Scrutinized Companies
<br />with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or engaged with business operations in Cuba or
<br />Syria as identified in Section 287.135, F.S. Pursuant to Section 287.135, F.S., the City may immediately
<br />terminate the Contract at its sole option if the Contractor, its affiliates, or its subcontractors are found to
<br />have submitted a false certification; or if the Contractor, its affiliates, or its subcontractors are placed on
<br />the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List, or
<br />Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or engaged with business
<br />operations in Cuba or Syria during the term of the Agreement.
<br />
<br />2.34.3 The Contractor agrees to observe the above requirements for applicable subcontracts entered into
<br />for the performance of work under the Contract.
<br />
<br />2.37 COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS.
<br />The Contractor and all its agents shall comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, including, but
<br />not limited to, nondiscrimination, wages, social security, workers’ compensation, licenses, and registration
<br />requirements. The Contractor shall include this provision in all subcontracts issued as a result of the
<br />Contract.
<br />
<br />No person, on the grounds of race, creed, color, religion, national origin, age, gender, or disability, shall be
<br />excluded from participation in; be denied the proceeds or benefits of; or be otherwise subjected to
<br />discrimination in performance of the Agreement.
<br />2.38 BUILD AMERICA, BUY AMERICA ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
<br />
<br />The Bidder for this proposed contract must include in all contracts and purchase agreements for this project
<br />the following contract language:

<br />The Contractor hereby presents and warrants to and for the benefit of the Owner and State that: (a) the
<br />Contractor has reviewed and understands all requirements of the Build America, Buy America Act
