He is an <br />accomplished strategic planner, <br />leader, and construction /capital <br />projects and facility manage- <br />ment specialist with more than <br />10 years of experience 'serving <br />an instrumental role in the de- <br />livery of top quality, multimil- <br />lion- dollar capital improvement- municipal projects. <br />He has smoothly organized and driven the perfor- <br />mance of teams of up to 100 individuals and contrac- <br />tors, establishing a collaborative work environment to <br />ensure the timely, quality, and within budget delivery <br />of key ventures. He has achieved superior level of staff <br />performance by providing team members with the re- <br />sources, guidance, support, and motivation to surpass <br />objectives while maintaining top safety levels (OSHA <br />Certified). His primary leadership and supervisory <br />force is in the areas of infrastructure projects as well <br />as marine construction and engineering. He routine- <br />ly secures government approval /permits, plans and <br />monitors site development, controls budgets, sched- <br />ules work, hires consultants and contractors, coor- <br />dinates construction phases, and ensures the safe / <br />timely / cost effective / quality completion of all proj- <br />ects.
