<br />Based on his experience, Mr. McSweeney understands
<br />the unique and common challenges municipalities
<br />and governmental agencies face due to budget projec-
<br />tions and restrictions, schedules, and constituency ex-
<br />pectations. He is abreast of regulatory requirements,
<br />innovative design and construction technologies,
<br />scheduling, cost estimating, construction contract re-
<br />quirements, reporting and administration. Also being
<br />acutely aware of construction constraints and design
<br />parameters allows him to promptly assist in providing
<br />recommendations due to encountered conditions, and
<br />to negotiate and review potential contract changes.
