His experiences also involve <br />municipal representation, FDOT Utility Coordination and construction administration, <br />and design /consulting for the U.S. Air Force. <br />At CGA, Mr. McSweeney's responsibilities include municipal engineering, civil engineering <br />along with related planning, permitting, design and construction administration. As <br />Director of Construction Services, he works to ensure all projects, both public and private, <br />continue to meetCGA's high standards for constructability and quality. He providesservice <br />to both public and private sector clients in and outside the Tri -County area. <br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />Miscellaneous Engineering Services Contract, Town of Surfside, Florida. Acting Town <br />Engineer /Engineer -of- Record for an ongoing continuing services contract providing <br />general engineering services to the municipality. These services include Commission <br />meeting representation, development plans review and development review meetings, <br />Right -of -Way permit applications reviews, utility coordination, utility franchise <br />agreement coordination, Consent Decree engineering services, and Engineer of Record <br />construction completion certifications. Projects provided under this contract included the <br />$23M Town -wide utility infrastructure rehabilitation program (water, sewer, drainage, <br />roadway resurfacing and pump stations improvements) and the Biscaya Island Drainage <br />Improvements. <br />Miscellaneous Engineering Services Contract, Pompano Beach, Florida. Contract <br />Manager /Engineer -of- Record for a continuing services contract providing general <br />engineering, and surveying and mapping services to the municipality on an as- needed <br />basis. Projects provided under this contract included reclaimed /reuse water main design <br />and construction administration, Pompano Beach Sidewalk Construction Program, facility <br />assessment reporting, municipal pier renovation inspections, Sample McDougald House <br />site design, Broward County/Pompano Beach Branch Library site engineering design, golf <br />course decorative wall design, and bridge and culvert improvements. <br />Miscellaneous Engineering /Surveying Services Contract, Deerfield Beach, Florida. <br />Contract Manager /Engineer -of- Record of a continuing services contract providing as <br />needed general engineering, and surveying and mapping services to the municipality on <br />an as- needed basis. Projects provided under the contract included: <br />• State Road AlA'S' - Curve Phase II Roadway, Utility and Beautification Project <br />• Intersection improvement design of Goolsby and Hillsboro Boulevards, and Goolsby <br />Blvd. roadway improvements <br />• Intersection improvement design of Century and Hillsboro Boulevards <br />• Main Beach Parking Lot Expansion <br />• Cove Shopping Center Parking Lot Redevelopment <br />Hillsboro Boulevard (SR 810) Improvements, Deerfield Beach, Florida. Engineer -of- <br />Record /Contract Administrator; project included surveying and engineering design for <br />reconstruction and improvements to 4,800 linear feet of roadway (Hillsboro Boulevard/ <br />SR 810) from west of Federal Highway (U.S. 1) to west of State Road AlA.
