<br />Coconut Creek High School, Deerfield Beach High School and Blanche Ely High School, Broward County,
<br />Florida. Engineer -of- Record, Project Coordinator and Construction Engineering Manager for multiple stadium
<br />enhancement contracts to include all civil engineering and land surveying services for the project, facilitated
<br />through a design /build firm and funded by the School Board of Broward County. Project involvement included
<br />complete civil engineering design and permitting associated with the new stadium /bleachers and concession
<br />building, football field grading and drainage, running track configuration, high jump and long jump configuration,
<br />pole vault and discuss configuration, security fencing, storm water management system, and construction
<br />administration /inspection /certification.
<br />Parkland Commons Commercial Development, Parkland, Florida. Engineering Manager for the complete
<br />engineering design, platting, permitting and construction administration for a 40 -acre commercial development.
<br />Project also involved substantial offsite roadway improvements on University Drive, and joint use agreements with
<br />the School Board of Broward County.
<br />Port Everglades Cruise Terminal 4, Broward County, Florida. Engineering design and permitting of a parking
<br />lot expansion program including resolution of existing drainage inadequacies and overall site utility redesign. The
<br />utility improvements design included upgrading the existing stormwater management system and complete water
<br />distribution systems, in addition to the redesign /reconfiguration of the overall parking area.
<br />Downtown Davie, Davie, Florida. Contract Manager /Engineer -of- Record for the engineering design, permitting
<br />and construction administration for a 12 -acre, light density, mixed -use (residential, retail and office development)
<br />project in Davie. Project included legal depositions and expert witness testimony towards resolving drainage issues
<br />with adjoining property.
<br />Golden Acres Apartments, Pompano Beach, Florida. Contract Manager /Engineer -of- Record for this affordable
<br />housing project with 302 units completed in two phases, Golden Square and Golden Villas. Project tasks included
<br />preparation and processing of the site plan, platting, surveying, design and permitting of the water, sewer and
<br />drainage systems, roadway design and permitting, utility coordination, and construction administration services.
<br />Elementary School A (Sunrise, Florida), School Board of Broward County, Florida. Engineer -of- Record for this
<br />new elementary school encompassing design through construction. Complete civil engineering design, permitting,
<br />construction inspections and administration services were provided /performed. Improvements included complete
<br />site development, paving /grading /drainage systems, potable water /sanitary sewer systems, and pavement
<br />marking and signage. A second school, Elementary School Z in the City of Parkland using the same prototype
<br />building plan, was designed /constructed concurrently with this project.
<br />Tri -Rail Double Tracking Corridor Improvements. Engineer -of- Record /Utility Construction Manager for a
<br />portion of this large -scale project involving planning, permitting, and engineering for the expansion of multiple
<br />stations and supporting infrastructure in the tri- county area. The project improvements included new /reconfigured
<br />station parking lots and associated stormwater management systems; utility infrastructure improvements including
<br />modifications and new facilities for both water distribution and sanitary sewer systems; drainage system
<br />modifications and connections including large scale box culvert construction observation, utility, drainage and
<br />roadway improvements. The project was a fast -track design /build initiative that involved numerous governmental
<br />agencies, municipalities, utility companies (both public and private) and drainage districts.
<br />Broward Boulevard Bridge Improvements, East of West Tropical Trail to East of University Drive, Plantation,
<br />Florida. Senior Project Administrator for the replacement of two bridges connecting to Broward Boulevard with
<br />aluminum arch culverts (Con -Span) including bridge demolition, drainage modifications, intersection and roadway
<br />modifications, milling and resurfacing, signalization modifications, roadway lighting, landscaping and irrigation,
<br />and pavement markings and signage.
