<br />Dania Cove Park Improvements, Dania Beach, FL Project manager for the design and installation of park im-
<br />provements including a pedestrian pathway, 2 picnic pavilions, benches, picnic tables, educational and entrance
<br />signage, and trash receptacles for Dania Cove, aka Fuzzy Bunny Park, in Dania Beach. The city needed design, per-
<br />mitting and construction completed in 13 months in order to meet the deadline for two separate grants funding
<br />the project. The project also included shoreline restoration using sheet pile wall, environmental and stormwater
<br />permitting, site grading, grant administration, and landscaping improvements. The project was completed in time

<br />Water Main and Force Main Subaqueous Crossing of the Dania Cut -off Canal, Dania Beach, Florida: Project

<br />via horizontal directional drill to accommodate the proposed dredging of the canal. Also included is the replacement
<br />of an additional 1200 LF of the existing mains on NE 7th Avenue up to NE 10th St. to accommodate the future

<br />Dania Beach Public Services Fueling Station: Project Manager for design and construction of a new public
<br />services fueling station in compliance with all local and state codes including recent changes to secondary
<br />containment requirements. The station includes key card access for City employees and remote monitoring of the
<br />fuel station. Also included was the permitting and licensing of the new station and removal of the existing fueling
<br />station, a new 2,000 gallon above ground storage tank for a generator on site, bidding and award, engineering

<br />Lift Station 15 Rehabilitation, Dania Beach, Florida: Project Manager for the rehabilitation of lift station 15. The
<br />project included complete rehab of the existing wet well, installation of two submersible chopper pumps to alleviate
<br />problems with ragging, a new valve box, control panel and a permanent stand -by emergency generator. 2009 -2010,

<br />Lift Station Rehabilitation, Dania Beach, Florida: Project Manager for the rehabilitation of five lift stations
<br />within the City of Dania Beach. Three of the stations are conversions from the can -type station to a submersible lift
<br />station while the other two are pump replacements. All stations include rehabilitation of the existing wet well,
<br />installation of a valve box, new control panels, a stand-by emergency generator, fencing and landscaping. Permitting,
<br />bidding and award, engineering during construction, construction services and project close out are also included.
