<br />® SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
<br />Ms. Martinetti has nine years of engineering experience and has worked on projects from
<br />® inception to project close out including supporting documents and coordination between
<br />O all involved parties. Ms. Martinetti is project manager for projects within the City of Dania
<br />® Beach and City of Hallandale Beach related to water, wastewater, and stormwater infra-
<br />structure improvement projects. Her project management experience includes design of
<br />® water mains, sewage force mains, lift stations, fuel station, site design and stormwater
<br />® projects as well as permitting, preparation of specifications and bidding documents, en-
<br />gineering during construction and project close -out. She also assists it] grant writing and
<br />supporting documentation for FDEP and FEMA grant applications and is familiar with
<br />® FEMA's latest benefit cost analysis software.
<br />® In addition, Ms. Martinetti's highway design experience includes design for milling and
<br />resurfacing, widening, reconstruction, safety improvement projects, ADA upgrades and
<br />compliance, drainage improvements, signing and pavement markings, traffic control
<br />• plans, and storm water pollution prevention control plans. Her experience also includes
<br />® utility coordination, participation in the quality control process, electronic delivery, and
<br />local agency program (LAP) coordination.
<br />ROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />tormwater Projects:
<br />allandale Beach NE Quadrant Drainage Improvements, Hallandale Beach,
<br />L. Project Manager for the rehabilitation of the drainage system within the City of
<br />allandale Beach's NE Quadrant. The project includes modifications and additions to
<br />Te existing collection system, the installation of two new pumping stations, storm
<br />,ater force mains and injection wells, and relocation of existing utilities in conflict.
<br />he sixteen new wells will be pressurized with fifteen (15) feet of head in order to
<br />roduce the necessary discharge into the G3 aquifer. FDEP and the Broward County
<br />nvironmental Resource Department and FDEP have permitted the project. Permitting,
<br />idding and award, engineering during construction, construction services and project
<br />ose out are also included. This project is funded entirely by FEMA HMGP grant funds.

<br />a Basin S Stormwater Master Plan, Dania Beach, FL. Ms. Martinetti is project manager
<br />® for design and permitting for the improvements contained in the recommendation of the
<br />® Storm Water Master Plan of Basin S. The proposed drainage improvements consist of four
<br />®
<br />duplex pumpstations, morethan 2 0,000 linearfeetofhighercapacitystormsewerto i mprove
<br />storm water conveyance, more efficient discharge outfall systems and exfiltration trenches
<br />® to improve area water quality. The retrofitted drainage system within the Basin 5 drainage
<br />® areas attenuates the storm water runoffand reducesthe frequencyand duration offlooding.

<br />® Site Design Projects:
<br />Sage Beach Condominium, Hollywood, FL Project Manager and FOR for civil site
<br />design for condominium complex located east of AIA on Hollywood Beach. Design and
<br />permitting included replacement of the water main, coordination of utilities, drainage
<br />design including a closed system with wells and exfiltration trench as well as offsite
<br />® roadway improvements for the two sites separated by South Surf Road. 2012 -2013,
