The projects under this <br />contract include architectural restorations, re- roofing, <br />re- painting, ADA enhancements, electrical upgrades, <br />Stormwater Discharge Management System and new <br />building construction. In addition to the project scope <br />WA also is assisting in the bidding and permitting phase <br />of the project along with construction administration ser- <br />vices. The items to be included in the scope of the project <br />consist of the following: <br />New Ticketing Pavilion <br />A new ticketing pavilion with staff restrooms including <br />new entry design leading up to the main house. <br />Miscellaneous replacement repairs to individual archi- <br />tectural components Throughout the site replacement of <br />gondola roofs, reconstruction of lighting lanterns, orna- <br />mental gutter and downspout replacement hurricane mit- <br />igation improvements. <br />Emergency Generator Building and Electrical Vault Im- <br />provements <br />Replace the existing roofing and insulation system on the <br />emergency generator room and coordinate the work with <br />the other scope proposed for this building. Remove exte- <br />rior paint, repair stucco and repaint exterior of emergency <br />generator building and electrical vault. <br />
