Interior required a new concrete slab, ceiling sys- <br />tem, HVAC. Scope of work includes a new roofing system <br />as well. <br />Henderson Park new office building with storage, new <br />outdoor pavilion, site improvements, sports lighting and <br />security fencing. <br />Virrick Park pool building upgrading MEP systems and <br />revising construction documents for the remodeling of the <br />pool bathhouse. <br />Morningside Park pool improvements upgrading MEP <br />systems and revising construction documents. Remodel- <br />ing to include bringing the facility up code ADA guidelines. <br />Bryan Park Tennis Center scope included demolition of <br />existing building, construction of a new recreation build- <br />ing and new tennis courts and lighting. <br />ARCHITECTURE <br />ENGINEERING <br />PLANNING <br />INTERIOR DESIGN <br />
