Built on an adjacent site <br />to the renovated Coral Springs Mall, the project was de- <br />veloped under a unique inter -local agreement between <br />Broward County and the City of Coral Springs and an <br />agreement with a private developer to develop and de- <br />liver both the Charter School and Library. Designed by <br />WA and constructed by James Pirtle Construction, this <br />72,000 square foot, 2 -story library was designed and built <br />in 15 months.
