Including cleaning the baseboards & stains removal. <br /> <br />• VCT – 7,272 (Government Center) <br /> <br />• VCT – 1,000 (Post Office, hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8:45 AM – 4:15 PM, <br />access to this location will not be available after hours) <br />Weekly Maintenance - The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, sweeping or <br />vacuum mopping with a pH neutral shampoo, polishing, and ensuring general <br />cleanliness and maintenance of VCT surfaces. <br /> <br />• Marble – 420 SF <br />Weekly Maintenance – Restore shine using Dia-Glo applied pads and low speed buffer. <br /> <br />3.2 CITY FURNISHED MATERIALS <br /> <br /> Electrical power shall be furnished by the City at existing power outlets for the <br /> Contractor's use to operate such equipment as is necessary in the conduct of work. The <br /> Awardee's employees shall not unplug any equipment already plugged in during the <br /> performance of their duties.
