5.2.8 Explain system for obta,,Aing vehicle ownership information so <br />that Notices of Violation are sent accurately and reliably to <br />registered owners of vehicles committing infractions. <br />5.2.9 (a) Web-based Services — City Access <br />The Contractor shall provide secure web based method for review of <br />violations by authorized City personnel. <br />5.2.9 (b) Web-based Services — City Access <br />The Contractor shall provide a web-based method for the examination, <br />retrieval and/or reproduction of images for any photographed vehicle. <br />5.2. 10 Web-based Services — Public Access <br />The Contractor shall provide a secure; view only, web-based method <br />for review of violations by the public. <br />5.3 Statistical Analysis and Re orting Systems <br />5.3. i Systems should have the capacity to produce statistical analysis of <br />camera location and operations will be preferred; including, at minimum: <br />a) Hours of use per camera by operational site; <br />b) Number of suspected violations recorded per day and per <br />month bv each camera by site <br />c Traffic counts by lane, date and hour. <br />5.3.2 The Contractor's Processing system should be capable of <br />immediately generating operations reports 24/7 including: <br />a) Number of infractions recorded; <br />b Count of infractions where notices not prepared; <br />c Notices prepared and mailed; and <br />d) Status of notices issued (outstanding, canceled, reissued and <br />so forth). <br />5.3.3 The Contractor system should also produce reports of- <br />a) Camera equipment hours of service and hours lost; and <br />b) Number and description of camera or other equipment <br />malfunctions. <br />5.3.4 The Contractor's system should be capable of providing Infraction <br />and Traffic Statistics as follows: <br />a) Real-time traffic volume and vehicle counts; and <br />b Real-time infraction graphs and chart by: <br />i) Individual lane <br />ii) Time of day <br />iii) Day of week <br />17-29 Red Light Enforcement 97 of 105 EXhIlfbit A <br />Opens 4/21 <br />017 at 2:30 <br />RM. <br />
