5.3.5 Contractor's systems should analyze results obtained from each <br />location to show the prosecutable image rate (e.g., the number of <br />notices issued compared to the number of infractions captured) <br />and the traffic count statistical information. <br />5.3.6 Contractor's systems should have online reporting capability in real <br />time; and allow the Contractor to provide the City with a monthly <br />activity report of photo traffic enforcement results. Monthly reports <br />should be provided within fifteen (15) days following the end of the <br />month. The Contractor should submit separate reports for fixed <br />enforcement systems. <br />5.3.7 The monthly report should indicate the following: <br />a The number of violations photographed <br />b) The Notice of Actionable Violation images <br />c) The number of un actionable violation images <br />d) The number of actionable vs un actionable images captured by <br />location and in total <br />e) The total number of violations that occurred and percentage of total <br />vehicle traffic by lane and by intersection <br />f) Total number of violations of red lights that are directed to the Police <br />Department for review. <br />g) The total number and percentage of rejected images and the reason <br />for resections <br />h Total number of paid violations. <br />i) The Contractor should submit a monthly report of vehicles <br />committing three or more violations in one calendar year. <br />j) The Contractor should provide quarterly and yearly summary data <br />and year-to-date statistics. The Contractor shall prepare an initial program <br />evaluation report six months after the beginning of the program. The report <br />should include an analysis of the initial program data and an explanation of <br />the program improvements that have been planned and implemented, if any. <br />The Contractor should complete and submit a comprehensive program <br />evaluation at the end of the first year of the contract and each subsequent <br />k) The Contractor should provide any other reports(s) and document <br />s as are mutually agreed upon by the City and the Contractor. <br />5.3.8 Does your system require that video or other images are stored of <br />non -violators? <br />5.3.9 What specifically does your system do to prevent or restrict non - <br />violator image capture and storage? <br />17-29 Red Light Enforcement 98 of 105 Exhibit A Opens 4/21/2017 at 2:30 P.M. <br />
