In this regard, Chi-Ada <br />Corporation has a smooth chain of management that allows information to be transmitted freely between lower-level staff <br />to upper-level management and conversely, for prompt reactions, actions, and mitigations of concerns. Chi-Ada <br />Corporation grants some authorizations to managers to deal with day-to-day tasks and report any decisions to Chi-Ada <br />upper management. For this project, our project manager will be available on-site during the normal hours and on-call <br />during the off hours. The project manager will be the liaison between Chi-Ada Corporation and the City. He oversees the <br />mitigation of any issues, manages the contract, and reports his actions to the management of Chi-Ada Corporation. Our <br />supervisors will interact with our on-site employees by supervising them and providing the necessary measures for <br />contract compliance. They also interact with the project manager regarding any activities and report any emergency to the <br />management of the city and the project manager. <br />Chi-Patrick Nwaokofor, is responsible for day-to-day operations and contract <br />administration, and will be Chi-City. He will attend all meetings with the City <br />Building Managers. He will be responsible for ensuring delivery of supplies and equipment at all facilities. He will ensure <br />employee attendance, adjust schedules as necessary, maintain staffing levels, and ensure performance in compliance with <br />the contract. Mr. Patrick will provide oversight of Routine Cleaning Crew Supervisors.
