<br />was founded by Mr. Bart Okoro, who started his career with a college background in Management, emphasizing
<br />Hospitality Management. He later gained practical experience through many years of service while working onsite in a
<br />variety of facilities prior to launching his own business. Chi-Ada Corporation started performing as a subcontractor for
<br />cleaning and maintenance services for primary contractors. In 1995, Chi-Ada Corporation registered as a primary
<br />contractor and is operating in this capacity until today, under the presidency of Bart Okoro. The firm is now servicing a
<br />diverse group of private, public, and government institutions in Miami-Dade County, Broward County, Fulton County,
<br />and Sarasota County. Chi-Ada Corporation has earned a reputation for quality standards which are equivalent to those of
<br />five-star hotels.

<br />window cleaning services, Broward County Janitorial Services for Various County Facilities, City of North Miami Beach
<br />janitorial services Citywide, and Sarasota County (Siesta Key Village) custodial services. Chi-
<br />contracts are 97% governmental and school contracts. In this regard, Chi-Ada Corporation takes immense pride in its
<br />trained, experienced, and skilled staff allocated through the 9 million square feet of various custodial service contracts
<br />that the firm is currently managing. The quality of the human resources positively supports our management strategy to
<br />have positive appreciation by contract administrators at the end of each contract. Therefore, since 1995, the firm did not
<br />register contract cancellation due to compliance failures.
