Approach / Methodology <br />Proposers approach methodology to providing the services requested in this solicitation: <br />Suitability of the methodologies and approaches used in achieving tasks <br />Overall organization to completing the project <br />Chi- <br />contractor. For that, Chi-Ada will remedy any deficiencies in the incumbent <br />initial deep cleaning of each concourse and adjunct facilities within 30 days of starting the contract performance. It <br />will involve: <br />Initial cleaning <br />Stripping and polishing all the hard floors <br />Deep cleaning all carpets <br />High dusting and low dusting <br />Cleaning and polishing all furniture and walls. <br />Restrooms <br />Lights <br />Air quality (vents) <br />Baseboard <br />Window ledgers <br /> <br />For the second step, Chi-Ada intends to provide a specific project plan and procedures for this effort that it is <br />successfully implementing in several contracts, which is essentially the same as this bid in terms of size, scope, and <br />complexity: <br />Hiring and using the best, most well-trained personnel. <br />T <br />Giving all personnel the tools to succeed by providing only the best supplies and equipment. <br />Performing all tasks as efficiently as possible while maintaining high quality <br />Providing appropriate oversight of all personnel <br />Using cutting-edge, labor-saving technology wherever possible to increase efficiency, such as autonomous floor <br />care robots. <br />Maintaining clear internal lines of communication and operational awareness <br />Proactively preventing problems before they appear instead of merely reacting. Following this plan and these <br />procedures, Chi-Ada will allocate appropriately sized and skilled custodial and routine project crews to each <br />facility. The janitorial crew will be led by supervisors while Chi- <br />the crews and supervisors. Chi- <br />oversight and quality control. This plan ensures all tasks will be performed in a manner that is: (1) efficient; (2) <br />standardized; and (3) nonintrus <br /> <br />Chi--equipped management <br />organization. We are confident that our new hires learn simple yet highly effective methods that ensure the best <br />results. An experienced Chi-Ada Manager will also give all new employees valuable on-the-job training. In addition, all <br />newly hired employees will undergo a period of training, which will specifically cover the scope of work to which they <br />will be assigned. Finally, it applies even to individuals with experience in cleaning and floor maintenance service with <br />other companies. <br /> <br />
