<br />ADDENDUM # 3 <br />DATE: JANUARY 25, 2024 <br />TO: ALL PLANHOLDERS <br />FROM: PURCHASING MANAGER <br />BID NO.: ITB # 24-01-01 CARPET & FLOOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: ADDENDUM NO. 3 <br /> <br />PLEASE NOTE RECEIPT OF THIS ADDENDUM BY COMPLETING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF <br />ADDENDA’ WITH YOUR FIRM’S SUBMISSION. <br /> <br />Q1. What is the estimated budget for this project? <br />A1. The annualestimated budget is $114,500 for all the scope referenced in the ITB. <br />Q2. May we be provided with the current budget at which this contract is being executed? <br />A2. Refer to A1. <br />Q3. What is the estimated start date for this contract? <br />A3. The estimated start date is March 1, 2024, upon the fully executed contract and Purchase <br />Order. <br />Q4.What will be the estimated date for notice of award to be sent out to the awarded firm? <br />A4. The Intent to Award Notice is estimated to be released the week of February 5, 2024. <br />Q5. When will bid tabulations be posted? <br /> Pursuant to Florida Statutes 119.071, sealed bids, proposals or replies by an agency <br />A5. <br />pursuant to a competitive solicitation are exempt from inspection until such time as the <br />agency provides notice of an intended decision or until thirty (30) days after the opening of <br />the bids, proposals, or final replies, whichever is earlier. <br />Q 6. Could you please provide clarification on the meaning of "LIST WORK NORMALLY <br />SUBCONTRACTED TO OTHERS" mentioned on page 37, item #5? <br />A6. Identify all major sub-contractors, if any. Per page 13, The Bidder agrees that if any part <br />of the Work under the Contract is sublet, they will require the Sub-Contractor(s) to carry <br /> <br />
