Support Team: Additional account management and supervision will be provided during the transition <br />period and will remain onsite to achieve 100% understanding of the scope of work. Additional <br />supervision is provided at no cost to our customers. <br />Quality Control: SFM’squality control program will ensure that the required level of cleanliness is <br />reached during the transition period and maintained throughout.
