<br /> <br />COMPANY SAFETY MANUAL <br /> <br />The prevention of accidents is a major element of RIC-MAN INTERNATIONAL, INC's <br />(RIC-MAN) commitment to safety. <br /> <br />We are advocates for both your health & safety and are adamant in establishing and <br />maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for all employees. In furtherance <br />of this goal, RIC-MAN is a DRUG and ALCOHOL-FREE WORKPLACE. <br /> <br />It is the responsibility of all Supervisors and Foremen to oversee the carrying out of <br />the safety program. In addition, each Superintendent and Foreman is to enforce the <br />requirements of the Safety Program without exception. <br /> <br />It is also the responsibility of each employee to abide by these rules to protect their <br />own well-being and that of their fellow co-workers. All RIC-MAN personnel shall assist <br />to ensure that all employees, subcontractors, and visitors on the job site comply with <br />these rules and procedures. <br /> <br />Please sign, date, and return the Safety Pledge and join us in our endeavor to provide <br />an accident free workplace.
