<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Belvedere Homes Infrastructure Improvements, <br />Phase 2 <br />Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ROLE Ric-Man International served as the prime contractor <br /> <br /> DESCRIPTION OF THE <br />SCOPE OF THE WORK <br />Project consisted of potable water, sanitary sewer, stormwater drainage, and hardscape <br />Infrastructure improvements to a neighborhood of over 200 homes. Water improvements <br />included the installation of 9,700 feet of 4- to 8-inch DIP and PVC water main with over 100 <br />services and 16 fire hydrants. Sewer Improvements included installing of 8,800 feet of 4 -to <br />6-Inch PVC vacuum sewer main with 127 valve pits and service laterals. Drainage <br />improvements included the installation of 3,000 feet of 15- to 42-inch RCP main up to 12 <br />feet deep and 43 manholes and inlets.
