In Southeast Florida, he has <br />worked with municipalities from Miami‐Dade to Palm Beach County and has been <br />instrumental in the completion of major infrastructure improvement and <br />neighborhood improvement projects. His responsibilities include coordinating <br />construction activities with outside agencies, reviewing contractual requirements <br />to meet client’s expectations, coordination of maintenance of traffic throughout <br />construction phases, conducting field inspections of water and drainage systems, <br />documenting field change to the design, assisting in processing and obtaining <br />permits, reviewing and updating construction project schedule, and working closely <br />with Public Information Officers in disseminating the project schedule to residents <br />and businesses <br /> <br /> <br />Hamill Andrade (RMI), QC Compliance / Document Control- Ms. Andrade has 19 <br />years’ experience assisting in construction management and preparing bids for <br />municipal projects. She supports the Project Managers with daily tasks, attending <br />pre-bid meetings and pre-construction meetings. In addition to this, she is <br />responsible for soliciting and acquiring quotes from subcontractors, ensuring that <br />any and all disadvantaged and small business goals are met or exceeded, and that <br />all documents are properly completed for the purpose of bidding on all projects. <br />
