Mr. <br />Hernandez has been involved in over 11 Design/Build Projects and over 40 <br />streetscapes, Urban NIP and emergency projects. <br />Paul Jankowski (RMI), Executive Oversite -Mr. Jankowski has over 53 years of <br />construction experience in South Florida and Michigan. He began working under <br />his father Paul Jankowski Sr., the founder of Paul Jankowski Builders and his father- <br />in-law Richard Mancini, the founder of Ric-Man Construction Inc., Richard Mancini <br />Equipment Co., Ledds Development Co., and Ric-Man International Inc. Mr. <br />Jankowski is responsible for land acquisition and development, design-build <br />construction, vertical and underground bidding and construction management, and <br />all financial, legal, and real estate operations. Mr. Jankowski’s experience includes <br />the design-build of a variety of projects including 100,000 square foot commercial <br />buildings, 100,000 square foot office buildings, a 1 million square foot industrial <br />building, a 550 unit multi-residential apartment building, residential custom homes, <br />land development, and underground utilities. <br />Rene Castillo (RMI), Quality Control Manager- Mr. Castillo, has 52 years of <br />experience in overseeing the construction operations of a multi‐million-dollar <br />company. He oversees approximately $40 million worth of projects per year; these <br />projects include the construction and design‐build of sanitary sewers, water mains, <br />force mains, drainage, pump stations, directional drilling, aerial crossings, micro‐ <br />tunnels, and jack & bores. His work has included ten major neighborhood <br />improvement projects with as many as 2,100 homes; including, streetscape, <br />lighting, and signalization.
