Diaz, PE/CGC (RMI), SR. Project Manager – Mr. Diaz has over 19 years <br />of experience in the construction industry in particular on streetscape, roadway <br />and infrastructure projects. Mr. Diaz has been working for RMI for over 11 years. <br />Mr. Diaz has been involved in over 7 Design/Build Projects and over 5 Streetscape <br />projects totaling more than $60,000,000. In all of his projects, Mr. Diaz has been <br />able to identify savings through value-engineering methods. His proactive and <br />hands‐on approach toward communicating with clients has helped Ric‐Man <br />International improve our relationships with the different municipalities he has <br />worked with. Such is the case of the Miracle Mile and Giralda Streetscape CMAR <br />shown on the picture above. <br />Luis Hernandez (RMI), General Superintendent – Mr. Hernandez will serve as the <br />Superintendent for the project.
