<br /> <br />Roadway Improvements to NW 107th Avenue <br />from NW 138th Street to NW 166th Street <br />Owner: Miami Dade Water & Sewer- <br />$23,325,575.00 <br />Role: General Manager <br />The work includes all design and construction <br />services necessary to perform roadway <br />construction of a roadway with a typical section <br />that consists of a five (5) lane undivided roadway <br />facility with intermittent left turn lanes, continuous <br />stormwater system, sidewalks, curb and gutters, <br />pavement markings, signage, signalization, <br />lighting, and landscaping on NW 107 Avenue from <br />NW 138 Street to NW 166 Street. The work also <br />includes all design and construction services <br />necessary to construct a canal along the west side <br />of the NW 107 Avenue project limits as well as the <br />design and installation of a water main and sewer <br />main as well as all appurtenances. <br /> <br />DB Services of 36- inch Diameter Sanitary Sewer <br />FM Along NW 107th Ave <br />Owner: Miami Dade Water & Sewer- $8,954,735.95 <br />Role: General Manager <br />The project consists of replacing the existing 24- <br />inch force main on NW 107 Ave from south of NW <br />7 street to NW 25 street with a new 36-inch force <br />main into the existing force main system in order <br />to reduce system operating pressures and increase <br />system capacity within the area. <br /> <br />Reclaimed Water Transmission Main Bid Package <br />2 <br />Owner: Broward County WWS <br />Reference: <br />Role: General Manager <br />The work included installation of 27,172 LF of new <br />24” reclaimed water pipes through open cut, <br />fittings, valves, master meter, restoration of South <br />Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) canal <br />right-of-way, restoration of pavement, milling and <br />restoration and all ancillary work required to <br />complete the project. Located at the north end of <br />NW 39th Avenue at the Hillsboro Canal and <br />continues west within the SFWMD canal right-of- <br />way and ends at the intersection of North <br />University Drive and the Hillsboro Canal <br /> <br />Reclaimed Water Transmission Main <br />Owner: Broward County WWS <br />Reference: <br />Role: General Manager <br />The Work included installation of 31,000 24” to 42” <br />lf of new reclaimed water pipes through open cut <br />and/or horizontal directional drilling, fittings, <br />valves, master meter, restoration of pavement, <br />milling and restoration, lining of existing pipe, and <br />all ancillary work required to complete the project <br />satisfactory to the County. The <br />work will include site preparation, earthwork, <br />sanitary sewer system installation (38,100 LF of 8- <br />18” PVC), water systems installation (59,820 LF of <br />DIP 6-16”) (940 LF of 6-12” HDD) (440 services), <br />roadway and walkway restoration and <br />construction, landscape restoration, restoring <br />existing irrigation systems, pavement marking <br />restoration and site furnishings <br /> <br />FDOT SR 823/NW 57TH AVE/RED ROAD <br />Owner: FDOT/MDWASD – $20,865,766.28 <br />Reference: Nelson Cespedes 305-607-0799 <br />Role: Senior Construction Manager <br />Project mainly consisted of the installation of <br />4,848 feet of 54-inch bar-pipe through Red Road, <br />including crossing an existing 48-inch Forcemain <br />(installed by us in 2004). As part of the work, we <br />had to install the new main through the <br />intersection of Opa-Locka Blvd/ NW138 St, and <br />Red Road. Given our past performance with FDOT <br />we were able to guarantee completing the <br />crossing during a weekend.
