Drainage construction <br />included installing 17,000 feet of 18‐ to 54‐inch <br />HDPE and RCP; connecting over 250 structures and <br />6 pump stations. Roadway construction included <br />134,000 SY of roadwork, 6,000 SY of sidewalks & <br />driveways, 2,500 feet of curb & gutter, 24,000 SY <br />of swale reconstruction, planting or relocating over <br />1,100 trees. This project required major <br />coordination with homeowners, businesses, two <br />schools, a hospital, and public transportation to <br />minimize our impact on residents and commerce. <br /> <br />Belvedere Homes Infrastructure Imp. Ph. 2 <br />Owner: Palm Beach County Utilities Dept. – $3.1 <br />million <br />Reference: Joseph Tanacredi, Project Mgr. ‐ 561‐ <br />493‐6088 <br />Role: Superintendent <br />Project consisted of potable water, sanitary sewer, <br />stormwater drainage, and hardscape infrastructure <br />improvements to a neighborhood of over 200 <br />homes. Water improvements included the <br />installation of 9,700 feet of 4‐ to 8‐inch DIP and PVC <br />water main with over 100 services and 16 fire <br />hydrants. Sewer improvements included installing <br />of 8,800 feet of 4‐ to 6‐inch PVC vacuum sewer <br />main with 127 valve pits and service laterals. <br />Drainage improvements included the installation <br />of 3,000 feet of 15‐ to 42‐inch RCP main up to 12 <br />feet deep and 43 manholes and inlets. Hardscape <br />improvements included over 20,000 square yards <br />of roadwork, over 24,000 square yards of swale <br />reconstruction, and 9,000 square yards of existing <br />sidewalk and driveway replacement. <br />Project: Flamingo Lummus Streetscape <br />Improvements BP 10E <br />Owner: City of Miami Beach - $4.4 million <br />Reference: Thais Vieira, R.A., Capital Projects <br />Coord. ‐ 305‐673‐7071 <br />Role: Superintendent <br />Project consisted of water, drainage, and roadway <br />infrastructure improvements to a neighborhood <br />composed of 1,600 residences and 65 businesses. <br />Water construction included installing 4,600 feet of <br />new 6‐ to 8‐inch DIP and abandoning 5,100 feet of <br />existing water main. Drainage construction <br />included installing 3,500 feet of 15‐ to 48‐inch HDPE <br />and RCP connecting over 70 structures and gravity <br />wells, as well as 900 feet of 3‐ by 5‐foot box culvert. <br />Roadway construction included over 36,000 SY of <br />roadwork, 4,500 SY of sidewalk, driveway and <br />paver work, 9,500 feet of curb & gutter, 65,000 SY <br />of swale reconstruction, planting or relocating over <br />200 trees; as well as signalization, decorative <br />lighting, and installing 1,000 feet of FPL conduit. <br />This project required major coordination with <br />residents, a school, public transportation, <br />restaurants, nightclubs, and other businesses to <br />minimize our impact on residents and commerce. <br /> <br />SW 6 & 7 Utilities Extension Project Area 3 <br />Owner: City of Cape Coral- 9.7 million <br />Reference: Paul Clingham, Utilities Director ‐ 239‐ <br />574‐0464 <br />Role: Superintendent <br />The project consisted of potable water, irrigation, <br />sanitary sewer, stormwater drainage, and <br />hardscape infrastructure improvements to a <br />neighborhood composed of 844 homes and 2 <br />bridges in Cape Coral, Florida. Potable water <br />improvements included installing 39,800 feet of 6‐ <br />to 8‐inch PVC water main with 438 services for 734 <br />meters, 34 fire hydrants, and an aerial crossing. <br />Irrigation improvements included installing 43,790 <br />feet of reclaimed 4‐ to 16‐inch irrigation mains with <br />498 irrigation services for 844 meters, as well as a <br />4‐inch and a 16‐inch aerial crossing. Stormwater <br />drainage improvements included installing, 5,200 <br />feet of 15‐ to 36‐inch HDPE & PVC main, 400 feet of <br />12x18‐ to 24x38‐inch elliptical HDPE main, and 127 <br />inlet structures. Sanitary sewer improvements <br />included installing 41,100 feet of 8‐inch PVC gravity <br />sewer mains up to 16‐feet deep including 98 <br />manhole structures and 540 single and double <br />services, 2 wastewater lift station, and 5,620 feet of <br />6‐inch PVC force main. Hardscape and landscape <br />improvements included 100,000 square yards of <br />roadway reconstruction and hardscape
