PROPOSED SCHEDULE
The RMI Team is ready to deliver this project to the City of Sunny Isles and North Miami
Beach within 730 day. A well-executed phased construction method is crucial to best
delivery this project in a safe and expedited manner.

Our Project scheduling approach is to establish a timeline for delivering the project and
most importantly, the project activities and their respective inter-relationships. Avoiding
missing deadlines for delivery of key project components is a key objective of our
schedule management plan. Our detailed project schedule will identify all the project's
stages, phases, and activities to keep track of work progress. Our Schedule management
plan interfaces directly with scope, cost, and quality optimization. Our goal is to look for
potential issues and efficiencies in all these areas as project progress.

Preparing the detailed project schedule will consist of developing the Work Breakdown
Structure (WBS) and understanding critical project milestones, requirements and
constraints which impact the timing and sequencing of the work; then integrating and
developing this information into the project schedule.

Due to current supply chain issues/conditions material may take up to 4 months to deliver
for when the order is placed. It would be extremely difficult to provide a detailed schedule
prior to NTP, for this reason RMI will provide a detailed schedule within 14 days of NTP.
These activities shall be of sufficient detail to ensure an appropriate basis for monitoring
and evaluating the sequence of the work and shall include major constraints including
long-lead items.

Project schedules are to be monitored and updated weekly to determine those critical
milestones are being met and those activities are progressing as required. Updating the
schedule consists of the following three (3) basic steps:
• Status of the actual progress and forecast to complete
• Incorporation of new information, which may require adjusting the schedule
logic and durations
• Analyses of variation(s) to the target schedule

The Critical Path will be determined by those activities with the least amount of total float.
Critical path activities control the overall duration of the project. An activity with less than
10 days total float is critical and will require monitoring on a regular basis to ensure timely
completion of the project.
