<br />Schedule Alerts will be issued to advise the Project Team of those factors that might <br />cause a delay in the schedule. Early detection of these factors is the key to taking <br />remedial action to mitigate potential impacts on the project completion date. RMI will be <br />responsible of ensuring that these factors that may delay the project are resolved. <br /> <br />We will hold weekly progress meeting with the RMI Team and Subcontractors to make <br />sure that the project remains on schedule and will compare the “one-week look ahead <br />schedule” to the Baseline CPM Schedule to ensure that the project is on-track and allow <br />corrective measures to operations or sequence as required. Miami-Dade County WASD <br />will be invited to these meetings so that they can closely monitor the project. In addition, <br />during the progress meetings, we will make any adjustments necessary to stay on <br />schedule and within the budget.
