In Southeast Florida, he has <br />worked with municipalities from <br />Miami‐Dade to Palm Beach County <br />and has been instrumental in the <br />completion of major infrastructure <br />improvement and neighborhood <br />improvement projects. The work will include site preparation, <br />earthwork, sanitary sewer system installation (38,100 LF of 8-18” <br />PVC), water systems installation (59,820 LF of DIP 6-16”) (940 LF of <br />6-12” HDD) (440 services), roadway and walkway restoration and <br />construction, landscape restoration, restoring existing irrigation <br />systems, pavement marking restoration and site furnishings. <br /> <br />South Miami Heights Phase A D/B <br />Owner: Miami Dade water and sewer - $17.9 million <br />Reference: Alexis Valdez 786-299-9008 <br />Role: Foreman <br />Scope of work included the surveying, geotechnical investigations, <br />locating existing utilities, engineering and design work, technical <br />specifications, permitting and construction of approximately 63,336 <br />linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main pipe and fittings; 8,421 <br />linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron water main pipe and fittings; 4,327 <br />linear feet of 16-inch ductile iron water main pipe and fittings; and <br />5,550 linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron water main pipe and fittings. <br />As well as fire hydrant assemblies, approximately 664 dual water <br />services and approximately 40 single water services with <br />approximately 1,368 water service conversions from rear to front. <br />The project location for Phase A is the area bounded by S.W. 168 <br />Street. to the north, S.W. 184 Street. to the south, S.W. 122 Avenue <br />to the west, and S.W. 115 Avenue to the east. <br /> <br />South Miami Heights Phase B D/B <br />Owner: Miami Dade water and sewer- $15.7 million <br />Reference: Alexis Valdez 786-299-9008 <br />Role: Foreman <br />The Project consists of the replacement of the existing undersized <br />and deteriorated water mains and existing main loop closures in <br />order to improve system pressure and provide fire flow protection, <br />and for water service conversions (transfer of services from the rear <br />to the front of properties and replacement of certain existing old <br />services in front of properties to meet new standards) in the South <br />Miami Heights Area Phase B of unincorporated Miami-Dade County, <br />Florida.
