<br />Construction of new curb, gutter, drainage, and other <br />infrastructure assessment and improvements along <br />both sides of the full length of Miracle Mile. Street <br />improvements including paving, striping and <br />signage. Street design included a restructuring of on- <br />street parking from diagonal to parallel. Widening of <br />existing sidewalks including ADA accessible ramps, <br />expand sidewalk design, sidewalk elements and mid- <br />block mini parks. New landscaping, tress, <br />groundcover and irrigation <br /> <br />DERM01‐WASD‐NLE‐WEST 54" PCCP Force Main <br />Owner: Miami‐Dade Water & Sewer Department <br />Reference: Nelson Cespedes ‐ 786‐552‐8142 <br />Construction Cost: $6,649,092 ‐ 2005 (9,100 LF of <br />54"PCCP) <br />Role: Foreman <br />Project consisted 54" PCCP near Opa‐Loka Airport, <br />NW 57th Ave and Le‐Jeune Rd. Construction required <br />54" Plug valves, fittings, access manholes, air <br />releases, restrained pipe, interior lining, extensive de‐ <br />watering, deep excavations over 18-foot-deep, <br />sheeting and shoring. We constructed open cut <br />excavation of 30-foot canal, and also NW 57th <br />avenue. Extensive coordination with airport <br />personnel, DOT, including the blocking off South <br />Florida Water Management canal within their strict <br />guidelines and safety protocols. Our crews worked <br />thru the weekends and nights to minimize impacts to <br />NW 57th Ave. The project also included the use and <br />coordination of SBEs. Access to businesses, on <br />ramps, and the airport was a daily necessity <br /> <br />Weston Force Main and Drainage Improvements <br />Owner: City Of Weston ‐ $4.3 million, 2015 <br />Reference: Bryan Williams 954‐448‐5828 <br />Role: Foreman <br />Project mainly consisted in the installation of 8,000 <br />feet of 16‐inch DIP and 8,800 feet of up to 72" Pipe, <br />including several culvert crossing main City <br />thoroughfare roads, requiring lane shifting, road <br />closures and many detours. <br /> <br />Northeast 38th Street Reconstruction <br />Owner: City of Oakland Park – $3.4 million <br />Contact: Ronald Desburnes, P.E. <br />Role: Foreman <br />As part of a FDOT funded project (LAP), Ric-Man <br />performed drainage, sewer, and roadway <br />infrastructure improvements to the City of Oakland <br />Park’s Northeast 38th St. from Northeast 11th Ave. to <br />North Andrews Ave. Drainage construction included <br />the installation of 1,614 feet of 18- to 48-inch RCP and <br />60 drainage structures. Utility construction included <br />the demolition or abandonment of existing sanitary <br />utilities and the installation of 450 feet of 6- to 10-inch <br />PVC sewer main, 11 laterals, and 4 manholes; as well <br />as 12,500 feet of telecom and electrical conduit. <br />Roadway and landscape improvements included <br />17,800 square yards of road construction, 8,750 <br />square yards of sidewalk & driveway construction, <br />1,300 square yards of decorative paver work, the <br />planting or relocating of over 80 trees, as well as new <br />landscape plantings and new irrigation. <br /> <br />Sunset Islands 3 and 4 <br />Owner: City of Miami Beach - $10.9 million, 2017 <br />Reference: Mina Samadi <br />Role: Foreman <br />Project consisted of design, construction <br />management associated with the work related to <br />earthwork, pavement reconstruction, overhead utility <br />undergrounding, sidewalk construction, water main <br />improvements, storm drainage infrastructure <br />installation, sewer main and structure lining, new <br />conduits, conductors and service point for the <br />existing street lights and streetscape/planting <br />improvements. <br /> <br />Golf Village Water Main Improvements <br />Owner: City of Sunrise <br />Reference: Guarionex De Los Santos (954) 572-2274 <br />Role: Foreman <br />Project consisted of the replacement of aging potable <br />water mains with new 6" (approx. 41,000lf) and 8" <br />(approx. 3,700 lf) DIP water mains, valves, hydrants <br />and services in the area described above, along with <br />the abandonment of the existing water distribution <br />system and appurtenances, site restoration and <br />roadway milling and overlay <br /> <br />Twin Lakes South NIP – <br />Owner: Broward County W&W Division <br />Role: Foreman – $4.2 million, 2014 <br />Project consisted of sanitary sewer, stormwater <br />drainage, and roadway infrastructure improvements <br />to a neighborhood of 300 homes. Sanitary <br />construction included installing 3,500 feet of 6-inch <br />DIP force main and 11,500 feet of 8- to 10-inch PVC <br />gravity sewer, 49 manholes up to 19-feet deep, and 1 <br />pump station. Stormwater drainage construction <br />included installing 8,000 feet of 15- to 30-inch RCP <br />drainage, including French drain, and 66 drainage <br />manholes. Roadway improvements included the <br />reconstruction and final paving of 36,000 SY of road, <br />construction of over 20,000 SY of driveway & <br />sidewalk and 2,200 feet of curb & gutter, and the
