All roof coatings must be applied per roof coating manufacturer's instructions <br />outlined in the products' specifications. All work pertaining to roof appurtenances <br />shall be completed per roof coating manufacturer's specifications. <br />3.02 SUBSTRATE PREPARATIONS <br />A.
