<br />24 <br /> <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />18070 Collins Ave. | Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160 <br />305.792.1707 | sibfl.net | Purchasing@sibfl.net <br />• Park amenities include outside eating area with benches, tables and trash receptacles, <br />playground stage, butterfly garden, ballroom, community center, an open grass area, <br />restrooms, splashpad and water fountains. <br />• No vending machines are installed at this park. <br />3.8.4 PARKING <br /> Parking is on-site for this location. The city will provide two parking spaces at no cost to the <br /> vendor. <br />3.8.5 SPECIAL EVENTS <br /> <br />Vendors may operate during special events, as long as it's coordinated in advance with our special <br />events team. The scheduled events include but not limited to Exhibit B. <br /> <br />3.9 DAMAGE TO PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY <br />Extreme care shall be taken to safeguard all existing facilities, site amenities (section 3.8.1), irrigation <br />systems, vehicles, etc. on or around the job site. Damage to public and/or private property shall be <br />the responsibility of the Contractor and shall be repaired and/or replaced at no additional cost to the <br />City. <br />3.10 RELEASE OF LIABILITY <br />The Contractor shall release and discharge the City of Sunny Isles Beach from any and all liability for <br />loss of merchandise, goods, equipment or other property of the Contractor or his agents if lost, <br />damaged, or destroyed by fire, theft, rain, water, storm, riot, civil disobedience, vandalism, or any <br />other cause(s). <br />3.11 CLEAN-UP <br /> <br />All unusable materials and debris shall be removed from the premises at the end of each workday, and <br />disposed of in an appropriate manner. At the end of each day the vendor shall thoroughly clean up all <br />areas where work has been involved as mutually agreed with the department’s project manager. <br /> <br />3.12 INSPECTION <br /> <br />For the purpose of inspection, City reserves the right to enter upon any part of the premises at <br />any time during the period the business is to be open under the terms of this contract. <br /> <br />3.13 SIGNAGE AND ADVERTSING <br />Awarded vendor will be prohibited from displaying, placing or permitting the display or placement of <br />advertisements in the Premises, without the prior written approval of City Management. The design <br />and placement of all signage, including signage which includes Permittee’s name, trade name(s) <br />and/or logos, is subject to Cultural & Community Services Director written approval. Permittee will be <br />prohibited from placing advertisements on the exterior of its Licensed Premises. Any prohibited
