The use of gasoline generators is not permitted in parks. <br />3.8.1 UTILITIES <br />Utilities for Gateway Park concession will be paid by the CITY. <br />Electricity, garbage removal services & water. <br />The City shall pay the reasonable costs for the actual utilities, including water, gas, heat, <br /> light and power supplied to the Concession Area. The suspension or interruption in utility <br /> service to the Concession Area for reasons beyond the ability or control of the City shall not <br /> constitute a default by City or entitle Contractor to any reduction or abatement of any <br /> payment due to the City. <br /> Gateway Park : <br />3.8.1 CONCESSION AMENITIES <br />• Refrigerator with freezer, <br />• microwave, <br />• Coffee machine <br />• ice machine, <br />• fire extinguisher, <br />• storage cabinets, <br />• storage room, <br />• GFI power outlets (3) <br />• Regular power outlets (15) <br />• apoxy floor, <br />• security cameras, <br />• alarm <br />• ID card reader door access <br />3.8.2 TASK <br />The successful proposer will be required to perform the following tasks: <br /> Maintain and operate the concession area in a clean and professional manner to all park <br />patrons. <br /> Enforce park rules to patrons. <br />3.8.3 PARK AMENITIES
