<br />26 <br /> <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />18070 Collins Ave. | Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160 <br />305.792.1707 | sibfl.net | Purchasing@sibfl.net <br />Section 4 <br />Evaluation Process <br /> <br />4.1 Review of Proposals for Responsiveness <br /> <br />Each proposal will be reviewed to determine if the proposal is responsive to the submission <br />The purpose of the firm’s proposal is to demonstrate the qualifications, competence and <br />capacity of the firms seeking to undertake the referenced project herein in conformity with <br />the requirements of this request for proposal. As such, the substance of proposals will carry <br />more weight than their form or manner of presentation. The proposal should demonstrate <br />the qualifications of the firm and of the particular staff to be assigned to this engagement. <br /> <br />Each proposal will be reviewed to determine if the proposal is responsive to the submission <br />requirements outlined in the solicitation. A responsive proposal is one which follows the <br />requirements of this solicitation: that includes all documentation, submitted in the format <br />outlined in this solicitation, of timely submission, and has the appropriate signatures as <br />required on each document. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the <br />proposal being deemed non-responsive. <br /> <br />The Evaluation Committee shall review and evaluate the proposal(s) received in response to <br />this solicitation. The Evaluation Committee will be responsible for selecting the most qualified <br />Firm to contract with for the services described in this solicitation. The weighted scoring <br />criteria contained below in this solicitation, shall be the basis of selection. <br /> <br />4.2 EVALUATION CRITERIA: Proposals will be evaluated on the criteria listed below. <br /> <br />Proposals will be evaluated on the criteria listed below. <br /> <br />EVALUATION CRITERIA <br />MAXIMUM <br />POTENTIAL <br />POINTS <br />MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (MQRs) – this criterion has no points. If your <br />Firm does not provide all the required MQRs information, your Firm’s proposal will not be <br />reviewed/evaluated, and your Firm’s submission will be disqualified. <br />1. FIRM QUALIFICATIONS: <br />• Experience in concessionaire operations. <br />• Proposers with previous experience operating a successful <br />concessionaire stand. <br />• Relevant experience and qualifications of key personnel, <br />including key personnel of subcontractors that will be assigned <br />to this project and experience and qualifications of <br />subcontractors. <br />• Include a copy of any and all professional licenses and <br />certifications as required to perform the services described <br />herein and of the professional licenses for each team member. <br />• Respondent must provide the resume(s) of the manager(s) <br />30
