Approach / Methodology <br />Proposers approach methodology to providing the services requested in this solicitation <br /> <br /> Suitability of the methodologies and approaches used in achieving tasks <br /> Overall organization to completing the project <br /> Hours of Operation <br /> Please provide a statement outlining how contractor will document and report <br />revenues and expenditures. <br /> Concession proposal - in your proposal, please address the following: <br />• Please identify the healthy food, beverages, and services you propose to <br />provide. <br />• Please list the initial prices of the above items. <br />• Please describe your food safety procedures. <br />• Proposer shall include their safety and sanitary measures. <br />• List and describe Proposer's equipment including mobile concession <br />unit/kiosks/menu items (include specifications and photographs if <br />applicable) <br />• POS System <br /> <br />5. Cost of Services <br />Each firm shall submit their price proposal with any pricing conditions or contingencies clearly <br />stated. The proposer shall a percentage of sales commission or a combination of the two <br />options. Concessionaire shall make no charges or deductions to the City for supplies, labor, <br />taxes, licenses, permits, overhead or any other expenses or costs unless otherwise noted in <br />the specifications. <br /> <br />6. References <br />Each Proposer must submit a list of three (3) references of Current and Past Customers of <br />which they have provided services similar in scope and size of those described herein. <br />• Each Reference must be supplied on Client’s Letterhead <br />• Each Reference letter must be signed with contact person and phone number. <br />
