ASSIGNMENTS, TRANSFERS, SUBCONTRACTING. The Contractor shall not subcontract, assign, or transfer any work under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the City. Should the Contractor subcontract any services under this Agreement, it shall be done with continued liability for the Contractor. The Contractor shall remain responsible for services, responsibilities, and liabilities of any person or entity acting under Contractor. 17. NOTICES. The Contractor shall be required to comply with the following requirements under Florida's Public Records Law: A. Contractor shall keep and maintain public records required by the City to perform the service. B. Upon request from the City, Contractor shall provide the City with a copy of the requested records or allow the records to be inspected or copied within a reasonable time at a cost that does not exceed the cost provided by Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, or as otherwise provided by law. C. Contractor shall ensure that public records that are exempt or confidential and exempt from public records disclosure requirements are not disclosed except as authorized by law for the EXQUISITE CATERING BY ROBERT, INC.
