(ii) Procedures to be used for C&D debris management; <br />(iii) A list of the materials generated from the project, their estimated weight by <br />tons, and how the material was reused, recycled, or otherwise handled; and, <br />(iv) The names and locations of reuse and recycling facilities or sites, and <br />companies used to transport the material. <br />(v) Final Diversion information reporting the weight of C&D debris material <br />diverted for the entire construction and/or demolition project and the overall <br />diversion rate achieved. <br />(vi) Any assets within the facility or property to be demolished shall follow the <br />same procedures as above. <br />(E) The Environmental & Sustainability Department will approve the Construction and <br />Demolition Debris Management Report addressing items (G)(i)-(h) and notify the <br />Building Department to authorize payment to the contractor. <br />The remainder of this page is intentionally left blank. <br />18 <br />355 <br />
