The Agreement allows for an additional renewal term pursuant to Article 2, "Contract Time" <br />of the Agreement. <br />The purpose of this letter is to seek the Contractor's concurrence to renew the Agreement at the <br />same terms, conditions, and pricing as set forth in the Agreement.
