Call for underground <br />locations. Remove the sinks with asbestos. Remove foundations to no more than 12" depth. <br />Provide approximately 500 linear feet of 6' tall black chain link fence with windscreen. <br />Remove the asphalt from the parking lot. Remove walkways and fountain. Cap sewer and <br />water lines. Coordinate with utilities for disconnects. Site shall be left cleared of all debris <br />and left level with any existing sidewalks.
