<br /> RFP 24-06-01 BANKING SERVICES 28 <br /> <br />Section 4 <br />EVALUATION PROCESS <br /> <br />4.1 Review of Proposals For Responsiveness <br /> <br />Each proposal will be reviewed to determine if the proposal is responsive to the <br />submission requirements outlined in the solicitation. A responsive proposal is one which <br />follows the requirements of this solicitation: that includes all documentation, submitted <br />in the format outlined in this solicitation, of timely submission, and has the appropriate <br />signatures as required on each document. Failure to comply with these requirements may <br />result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive. The city reserves the right to <br />request additional information. The Proposer must also be prepared to submit on the <br />City’s request, within (3) three calendar days of the request, further evidence as to the <br />qualifications such as financial data, previous experience, and/or evidence of legal <br />qualifications to perform the work. <br /> <br />4.2 Qualifications Criteria <br /> <br />The recommendation(s) for award shall be made to the City Commission, by the City <br />Manager, to the responsible responsive Proposer(s) whose proposal is highest rated by <br />the Evaluation Committee. <br /> <br />ITEM <br /># <br />EVALUATION CRITERIA <br />MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (MQRs) – this criterion has no <br />points. If your Firm does not provide all the required MQRs information, your <br />Firm’s proposal will not be reviewed/evaluated, and your Firm’s submission <br />will be disqualified. <br />MAXIMUM <br />POTENTIAL <br />POINTS <br /> MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS SECTION 2.3 PASS OR <br />FAIL <br />1. PERSONNEL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: <br />• Banking Experience and Financial Stability. <br />• Include a copy of any and all professional licenses and certifications as <br />required to perform the services described herein and of the <br />professional licenses for each team member. <br />• Provide relevant experience and qualifications of key personnel (i.e. <br />designated representative, project manager, etc.), including key <br />personnel of subcontractors, that will be assigned to the City’s accounts <br />and experience and qualifications of subcontractors, if applicable. <br />20 <br />2. PROJECT APPROACH: <br />• Bank’s ability to provide the type and quality of services requested. <br />• State of the Art Technology – On-line Services/Information Reporting <br />Capabilities. <br />• Transition Plan - Approach and Methodology from contract <br />commencement to full implementation. <br />• Management Policies and Customer Service Structure. <br />• Submit any additional information that would assist the City in the <br />30
