Pricing and Fees <br />6.Pricing and Fees <br />Provide a schedule of proposed services and fees including earnings credit rate and, if <br />applicable, interest rate on excess balances (amount that exceeds target minimum <br />balance that produces a monthly earnings credit sufficient to pay/offset all service fees <br />each month). <br />The Proposer must complete ATTACHMENT A and submit it with their proposal. <br />Each firm shall submit in their price proposal and any pricing conditions or contingencies <br />must be clearly stated. <br />*Confidential Information <br />TD Bank has thoroughly examined the City of Sunny Isles Beach's RFP for <br />Banking Services. We are confident that we can continue providing all of the <br />required services and exceed your expectations. <br />TD BANK OFFERS THE FOLLOWING TO CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH: <br />TD Bank recommends the use of our Advantage account structure. We are offering <br />to the City of Sunny Isles Beach an Earnings Credit Rate on collected balances to <br />offset fees. We are also offering the City no reserve requirement, hence providing <br />all balances in its entirety to cover service charges. TD Bank will offer the City and <br />interest to help maximize interest earnings. Funds within these account(s) are Fully <br />Collateralized in Accordance with FL State Statutes governing Public Funds. <br />The following rates are proposed: <br />Advantage Earnings Credit Rate: <br />TD Bank will provide the City of Sunny Isles Beach a MANAGED <br />EARNINGS CREDIT RATE of 300 Basis Points (3.00%) on balances <br />utilized to offset bank service charges. This rate will be bank managed. <br />This option offers the highest ECR and results in the most interest paid <br />monthly to the City. Interest paid on any excess balances will be <br />automated. TD Bank will review the projected target balance periodically to <br />ensure the City is optimizing the use of their balances for earnings credits <br />and interest. <br />Advantage Interest Rate: <br />TD Bank will provide the City of Sunny Isles Beach a MANAGED <br />INTEREST RATE of 300 Basis Points (3.00%) on excess funds not needed <br />to offset bank service fees. These rates will be bank managed, determined <br />by market conditions. <br />We will conduct regular Relationship Reviews and TD Bank will inform the <br />City of its options to maximize returns while providing safety and liquidity. <br />Proposed by: TD Bank, N.A.Page 46 <br />Confidential
