Pricing and Fees <br />Fees Waived: <br />TD Bank will WAIVE (9) MONTHS OF ACCOUNT ANALYSIS SERVICE <br />CHARGES to the City of Sunny Isles Beach. This waiver does not include <br />courier service fees. <br />TD Bank will WAIVE ALL IMPLEMENTATION/SOFTWARE FEES for any <br />additional cash management products/services. <br />TD Bank will NOT charge the City ANY FDIC CHARGES providing the City <br />an additional cost savings. <br />TD Bank will also provide the City an additional benefit by not charging a <br />10% reserve requirement which will provide ECR and interest on the City <br />first dollar. <br />TD will provide the City an amount of $500.00 per calendar year towards <br />its choice of banking supplies. Any unused credit will not roll over <br />from calendar year to year. Any additional supplies exceeding this <br />amount can be obtained at standard cost. <br />Explanation of Interest and Earnings Credit Rate Calculations: <br />TD Bank’s ECR and Interest rates are not directly tied to any specific financial <br />market rate at this time. We utilize a “managed” rate method of determining ECR <br />and interest each month. In the management of these rates, a central leadership <br />rate committee examines competitive data and various indices. Rates are <br />established each month based on real-time positions in these indices and are <br />tempered by historic and emerging trends or events. TD Bank reserves the right to <br />change its rate and methodology from time to time in its sole and absolute <br />discretion without regard to any external interest rate index or market conditions. <br />Please refer to TD's completed Attachment A on the following pages. <br />Proposed by: TD Bank, N.A.Page 47 <br />Confidential
