<br /> <br />22 <br />ITB 24-07-01 INTRACOASTAL SPORTS PARK <br /> <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />18070 Collins Ave. | Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160 <br />305.792.1707 | sibfl.net | Purchasing@sibfl.net <br />SECTION 3 <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES / TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />3.0 SCOPE OF SERVICE: <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach (the "City"), a municipality located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, <br />is requesting bids from qualified Contractors (“Bidders,” “Contractors”) to construct two lighted <br />tennis courts, an operations building and community park with walking paths and workout <br />stations, associated landscape and irrigation. The project location is 158th -159th St and Collins <br />Ave, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160. <br /> <br />3.1 AS-BUILT RECORDS: <br />A complete set of as-built records shall be kept by the Contractor at the job site. These records <br />shall show all items of construction and equipment which differ in size, shape or location from <br />those shown on the Contract drawings, also any additional work, existing features or utilities <br />revealed by construction work which are not shown on the Contract drawings. These records shall <br />be kept up to date daily. They may be kept on a marked set of Contract drawings to be furnished <br />the Contractor for this purpose, or in any other form which is approved prior to the beginning of <br />the work. They shall be available at all times during construction for reference by the City, and <br />shall be delivered to the City prior to pre-final inspection. <br /> <br />3.2 SHOP DRAWINGS <br /> <br />The Contractor shall submit Shop Drawings for all fabricated structures, pipe asphalt mix. The <br /> purpose of the Shop Drawings is to show the suitability, efficiency, technique of manufacture, <br /> installation requirements, details of the item and evidence of its compliance or noncompliance <br /> with the Bid Project. <br /> <br />The City Engineer’s approval of the Shop Drawings will be general and shall not relieve the <br /> Contractor of responsibility for the accuracy of such Drawings, nor for the proper fitting and <br /> construction of the work, nor for the furnishing of materials or work required by the Contract and <br /> not indicated on the Drawings. No work called for by Shop Drawings shall be performed until the <br /> said Drawings have been approved by the City Engineer. Approval shall not relieve the <br /> Contractor from responsibility for errors or omissions of any sort on the Shop Drawings. <br /> <br />The Contractor shall keep one set of Shop Drawings marked with the City Engineer’s approval <br /> at the job site at all times. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
