CITYWIDE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCESERVICES <br />3) Project Approach <br />Management and Planning Strategies <br />To ensure efficient execution and timely completion of all tasks, Superior Landscaping & Lawn Service <br />Inc. has developed a detailed implementation schedule and strategic planning framework. The strategy <br />includes: <br />1.Project Kick-Off and Coordination:Initial meetings with County representatives to align on <br />expectations, schedules, and any specific site considerations. <br />2.Resource Allocation:Assignment of personnel, equipment, and supplies to each task and area. <br />3.Cycle Planning:Detailed planning of mowing and maintenance cycles, ensuring all areas are <br />covered as per the schedule. <br />4.Quality Control:Regular inspections and feedback loops to maintain high service standards. <br />5.Communication Plan:Ongoing communication with County personnel to address any issues or <br />changes promptly. <br />Implementation Schedule <br />Phase 1: Pre-Implementation (Week 1) <br />Day 1-2: Initial Coordination <br />o Kick-off meeting with County representatives. <br />o Site walkthroughs and assessment. <br />Day 3-5: Resource Allocation and Mobilization <br />o Deployment of necessary equipment and supplies to the site. <br />o Assignment of crews and supervisors. <br />Day 6-7: Staff Training and Orientation <br />o Training sessions on site-specific protocols, safety measures, and quality standards. <br />Phase 2: Initial Service Cycle (Weeks 2-3) <br />Week 2: First Mowing and Maintenance Cycle <br />o Monday:Start mowing, edging, and blowing in designated areas. <br />o Tuesday:Continue mowing, start trimming, and string trimming. <br />| Page <br /> <br />
