CITYWIDE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCESERVICES <br />3) Project Approach <br />o Wednesday:Complete mowing, start hand mowing, and cleaning inlet/outlet <br />structures. <br />o Thursday:Continue trimming encroaching brush and low-hanging limbs. <br />o Friday:Conduct crack weed spraying and debris removal. <br />o Saturday:Quality control inspection and feedback session. <br />Week 3: Adjustments and Follow-Up <br />o Address any issues or missed areas from the initial cycle. <br />o Fine-tune crew assignments and schedules based on observations. <br />Phase 3: Regular Service Cycles (Ongoing) <br />Weeks 4-12: Regular Mowing and Maintenance <br />o Cycle Duration:Each mowing cycle will be completed within 12 working days. <br />o Weekly Breakdown: <br />Monday-Saturday:Mowing, edging, blowing, trimming, hand mowing, cleaning <br />inlets/outlets, crack weed spraying, and debris removal in a rotating schedule to <br />cover all areas. <br />o Sunday:No work unless written permission is provided by the County. <br />Quality Control: <br />o Bi-weekly inspections by Quality Control Inspectors. <br />o Regular feedback sessions with County representatives. <br />Phase 4: Seasonal Adjustments (As Required) <br />Winter Season: <br />o Adjust mowing frequency based on vegetation growth rates. <br />o Focus on debris removal, trimming, and crack weed spraying. <br />Spring/Summer Season: <br />o Increase mowing frequency to handle accelerated growth. <br />o Ensure all retention areas are maintained and debris-free. <br />| Page <br /> <br />
