VisualScape currently hashighly experienced personnel and all the equipment required to <br />complete this work. We will only assign the most seasoned and highly trained supervisors and <br />crew members to service yoursites. Any new hires that may be required during the growing <br />season will be placed on other properties until fully trainednot only in the operation of the <br />equipment used, but also in the safety guidelines. <br />It is our goal to provide the City of Sunny Islewith a worry-free contract and gain the trust that <br />our current customers already have in VisualScape. Once we take on a customer/property we <br />take ownership and provide a long-term partnership. Ultimately, we have the same Goal in mind <br />keep the manage a World Class Landscape while complying with all the horticultural and safety <br />rules and regulations and maintaining the original design intent of the landscape. <br />VisualScape will provide a total of 4full-time landscape professional crews, oneContract <br />Manager, and oneProduction Manager which will be dedicated to performing services. All work <br />will be performed as specified in this ITN: <br />2 4 to 5Man Full-Service Crews are responsible for Items3.8 WEED CONTROL, 3.10 <br />SHRUB & GROUNDCOVER MAINTENANCE,3.11 BUTTERFLY GARDEN <br />SPECIALIZED MAINTENANCE, 3.13 SOD MAINTENANCE / MOWING, 3.15 EDGING, <br />and 3.16 LINE TRIMMING.One crew will be assigned to the Parks and the other to the ROW. <br />Each crew will consist of: <br />1 English speaking, experienced, and professional Supervisor and 2 to 4 highly <br />trained Gardeners <br />1 Pick-up Truck with dump bed <br />1 Enclosed Trailer <br />1Riding Mowers <br />2 Walk behind Mower <br />1 Push Mower <br />2 Edger <br />2 Line Trimmers <br />4 Blowers <br />1 Street Blower <br />1 Back Pack Sprayer <br />Trash cans, rakes, and other miscellaneous hand tools. <br />2 2 to 3Man Litter Management Crewsand 2 -2-man weekend crews are responsible for Items <br />3.17 CATCH BASINS, 3.18 GRAFFITI REMOVAL, 3.19 LITTER/DEBRIS REMOVAL, <br />1.18 BUS SHELTER & BENCH LOCATIONS.One crew will be assigned to the Parks and the <br />other to the ROW.Each crew will consist of: <br />1 English speaking, experienced, and professional Supervisor and 1 to 2trained <br />Crew Members <br />1 Pick-up Truck <br /> <br />
