On the Job Training:We encourage our employees to seek certifications and explore <br />external resources for business related training and education. In mostcases, the <br />Company will pay for or reimburse the registration, tuition fee and or related expenses <br />for approved seminars, workshops, and short courses conducted by recognized landscape <br />and related trade associations. <br />In addition to that the Company provides internal training, for which we offer a wide <br />variety of technical and non-technical courses in-house. We identify the needed courses <br />through our site evaluations, customer feedback, performance evaluations and needs <br />assessments. The training is conducted by our management team or resources such as <br />vendors and suppliers that provide the latest trend and technology in the most commonly <br />used industryequipment & products. <br />Safety Tool Box Meetings: Meetings held once a week at the Campusyard. It is <br />mandatory for all employees to attend. Topics are chosen from our library of safety <br />topics or the Workplace Safety Program. <br />Quarterly Safety Committee Meetings: A safety committee has been established to <br />recommend improvements to our workplace safety program, and to identify corrective <br />measures needed to eliminate or control recognized safety and health hazards.The <br />contract manager will form part of this committee. <br />The safety committee shall determine the schedule for evaluating the effectiveness of <br />control measures used to protect employees from safety and health hazards in the <br />workplace. <br />The safety committee will be responsible for assisting management in the following <br />functions: <br />Reviewing workplace safety rules <br />Evaluating employee accident and illness prevention programs <br />Providing and monitoring workplace safety education and training <br />Review status of accidents occurred <br />Safety supplies request & inventory <br />The safety program will be updated by evaluating employee accident injury records, <br />establishing trends and patterns, and formulating corrective measures to prevent <br />recurrence. <br />Safety committee members will participate in safety training and monitor workplace <br />safety education and training to ensure that the safety program is being followed and <br />pertinent information is being documented. Meetings are held quarterly. <br /> <br />
